Everyone are ponies.

As you may have seen, I have already made Sans, Frisk, Chara and Papyrus into ponies.
Do not worry, I will make the rest of the characters. (The main ones)
And if I'm not much of a lazy bone, I'll probably do the monsters you encounter. (Non-main characters)

So, on to the story/idea of the AU.

It's pretty much like in the game, but with ponies, y'know?

The introduction story goes like this;

Long ago, six races ruled over the Earth.
Four of the races combined are the "Ponies". Earthponies, Pegasi, Unicorns and Alicorns.
The sixth race, being the Monsters. (Pony Monsters? Idk xD )

But one day, the ponies released war upon the monsters.

After a long battle, the ponies were victorious. They sealed the monsters underground.

A few years later . . .

Mount. Ebott 201X

Legend says; who climbs the mountain, will never return.

Here's a bit information about the "Monster Ponies" and "Ponies"

Like in the game, Monster Ponies have very little DETERMINATION, but a lot of magic! Some say, it only takes around five of them to match up to a regular Alicorn's magic. Yes, the ponies are magical too, but very determined too.

When a pony dies, it's soul lives on. When a monster pony dies, it's soul disappears. If a "Boss Monster Pony" dies, it's soul can live on for more than a few seconds. It depends on how strong/determined the monster pony is.

The monster ponies may have a lot of magic, but they have very little determination.
It'd take every single monster pony in the Underground to match up to one regular pony's determination.

When a monster pony is defeated they will turn to dust. The reason behind this is because their soul is what keeps their body together. Without their soul, their body would never be able to keep itself together.

Now, what else makes the "Monster Ponies" different from the "Ponies" will be said down here.

Yes, ponies and monster ponies may look a lot like each other. One could mistake a monster pony for a regular pony.

How you can see difference on monster ponies and ponies is by major details. Here's some examples.

Sans
Sans' eyes are completely black, with white pupils, and when he's angry/sad/or just using his magic because of laziness, his LEFT pupil turns blue, and the other pupil disappears. Other ponies from the overworld do not have those kind of eyes. Some might be missing an eye or two, but none of them have eyes like Sans'.

Papyrus.
Papyrus' height. Papyrus is a tall monster pony, taller than a regular pony. Yes, there may be tall ponies too, but Papyrus is at least 0,5 or 1 meter taller than a regular height pony.

Undyne and Alphys. (I haven't made them yet, but I will soon!)
They have scales. Alphys being a lizard and Undyne being a fish from the game. Regular ponies do not have these. Yes, there might be some kind of "Mermaid" breed of ponies, but they are so rare, that they don't count as a part of the "Ponies".

Toriel and Asgore. (Same here.)
They have two horns on each side of their head. Like a goat. Yes, there are some breeds of ponies who have that too, but like the mermaid breed, they don't really count as an own breed of pony.

Muffet.
No regular ponies have more than four hooves!

Grillby.
Nor are they made out of fire!

The story is pretty much the same, but with ponies. ^-^

I just want a thing to be clear.

Flowey is NOT a pony in this AU.

Two reasons;

Flowey's name is "Flowey", as in "Flower".
What other kind of thing would Asriel take the form of?

Well, I hope you like the idea of the AU.

It's okay if you don't like it, I completely understand.
Yeah, the Pony Fandom does take over everything.

But please, don't throw shit at me for this, you can just say you disagree, or if you have any other ideas for the AU. :3

P.S!

I will be creating the rest of the characters, and maybe the encounter enemies too. And then I'll be making a huge picture with all the characters. So, stay tuned for that! It probably won't come out before christmas, it is a big project, after all! And I have school, and there's this FLL (First Lego League) that I want to join, so I'll even be getting less spare time if I get accepted.

Anyways, I'll try to work on it as soon as possible! I'd promise, but I can't promise it. (Makes sense.)
